This privacy notice explains how we promise to look after your personal data. It provides
information on what data we collect, how we use it to provide our transportation services,
ensure your safety, and offer you choices and controls. This notice also outlines your privacy
rights and how data protection rules protect everyone.

1. INTRODUCTION
The terms “us” or “we” refer to Enviable Transport NIG LTD, a private limited company
registered under the laws of Nigeria with registration code 1680164. “You” or “your” refers
to the driver who requests, hires, or receives transportation services through their Enviable
account.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1. Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, place of residence.
2.2. Geolocation Data: Driver’s location and driving routes.
2.3. Vehicle Information: Including registration number.
2.4. Driver’s Engagement: Interactions on the marketplace and driver ratings (including
Driver Score).
2.5. Identification: Driver’s license, photo, profession, and identity documents.
2.6. Legal Data: Data about criminal convictions and offences.
2.7. Communication Records: Engagements with customer service, including date, time,
and content.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We collect and process personal data to connect passengers with drivers, ensuring efficient,
reliable, and safe transportation services across cities.
3.1. Geolocation and Routes: Processed to analyze geographical areas and provide
suggestions to drivers. To maintain privacy, you may close the Enviable app or go
offline when not providing services.
3.2. Compliance: Driver’s license, profession, identity documents, and legal data are
processed to ensure legal compliance and suitability for driving.
3.3. Passenger Identification: Driver’s photo, name, and vehicle details are displayed to
passengers for identification.
3.4. Performance Summaries: Your efficiency and ratings are sent to you via the
Enviable Driver Portal.
3.5. Communication: Data from instant messages in the app is used for customer
support, security, service improvement, and analysis.
3.6. Safety and Quality: Information about driver engagement and ratings is used to
promote safety, enforce compliance with Driver Terms, and maintain service quality.
Persistent low scores may lead to notifications, guidance, or temporary suspension,
with the right to appeal.

4. LEGAL BASIS
4.1. Contract Performance: Processing of identification and geolocation data is
necessary to provide Enviable transport services.
4.2. Legitimate Interest: Includes processing for fraud investigation and detection.
4.3. Legal Obligations: Data on criminal convictions and offences is processed to
comply with legal requirements.

5. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
5.1. To Passengers: Your name and photo are disclosed when you accept a passenger’s
order, along with vehicle details and geolocation.
5.2. Receipts: Passengers see your personal data in their receipts.
5.3. Third Parties: We may share your information with trusted third parties who
perform functions on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, data analysis, and
marketing).

6. SECURITY AND ACCESS
6.1. Data Storage: Personal data is stored in Amazon Web Services data centers. Only
authorized Enviable Transport NIG LTD employees and partners have access, solely
for resolving service issues.
6.2. Customer Support: Personal data is accessed as needed to provide customer support
in respective cities.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
7.1. You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information, and to opt
out of certain communications or data processing activities. You can manage your
preferences through your account settings or by contacting us.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect updates in our practices or changes in legal
requirements. When significant changes are made, we will notify users by posting the
updated policy on our website or through other communication channels. By continuing
to use our services after these updates are communicated, you acknowledge and accept
the revised terms of the policy.

9. ACCESS, CORRECTION, RETENTION, DELETION, AND DATA
PORTABILITY
9.1. View and Correct: Personal data can be viewed and corrected in the Enviable Driver
Portal.
9.2. Retention: Data is stored as long as your driver’s account is active, plus an
additional three years if the account is closed. Accounting data is stored for seven
years.
9.3. Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Data is stored as needed for legal or regulatory
compliance and in the case of disputes until disputes are resolved or the applicable
statute of limitations has expired.
9.4. Deletion Requests: Delation or transfer of personal data submitted via email are
processed within one month. Additionally, we will provide clear information
regarding the timeline for the completion of the data deletion or transfer process.
9.5. Instant Messages: Retained for 90 days, or six months if related to reported
incidents.

10. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
We may use automated decision-making to evaluate driver performance and ensure service
quality. You have the right to request human review if you disagree with the automated
decision.
